The festival, now in its 9th year, will kick off with the traditional parade on Friday, October 18, at 6:00 PM, starting from the Hıdırlık Tower in Karaalioğlu Park. The parade will continue along Hesapçı Street in Kaleiçi, passing through the historic Hadrian’s Gate and onto Atatürk Avenue, ending at Cumhuriyet Square. In Cumhuriyet Square, popular music groups Madrigal and Feridun Düzağaç will perform for Antalya residents.
Throughout the festival, various painting, sculpture, and ceramic exhibitions will adorn the streets and squares of Kaleiçi every day. Besides the exhibitions, there will be other events, including the “Awakening with Breath” breath coaching session held at Hadrianus Hotel on October 18-19 at 10:00 AM. Additionally, the Independent Art Movement's “Recycling Workshop” will take place on October 18-19-20 at 1:00 PM.
DAY TWO OF THE FESTIVAL
On October 18, the second day of the festival, a workshop titled “Weaving by Threads” will feature the art of carpet weaving at 2:00 PM. At 2:30 PM, at AKMED Conference Hall, there will be a panel titled “The Expression of Antalya's Icons in Ceramic Art - Artistic Object Production,” with speakers Associate Professor Kemal Tizgöl, Lecturer Associate Professor Kamuran Özlem Sarnıç, and ATSO KGK President Serap Kocaoğlu. At 5:00 PM, the Muratpaşa Municipality Ballroom Dance Ensemble will perform in front of the Attalos Statue, welcoming city residents.
DAY THREE OF THE FESTIVAL
The third day of the festival will begin with a forum at the Türkan Şoray Cultural Center on Saturday, October 19, at 10:00 AM, focusing on the topic of “Migration and Intercultural Harmony.” At 3:00 PM, AKMED Conference Hall will host a talk on “Turkish and World Cinema,” featuring renowned Director Şerif Gören and Educator-Author Tuncer Çetinkaya. Following this, there will be the AntSanat Meetings on the theme “Where is Antalya in Art?” with speakers Ferruh Tunç, Leyla İrten, and Professor Dr. Cihan Camcı.
In Fırın Street at 1:00 PM, the Rhythm Workshop led by the Ayşe Özmak Mercan Art Group and Research Assistant Dr. Begüm Fulya Adızel will take place, followed by a “Turkish Music Recital” featuring Aynur Baycın, Handan Şahin, and Muhammet Altıntaş. At 5:00 PM, the Muratpaşa Municipality Guitar Orchestra will perform in front of the Attalos Statue. At 6:00 PM, the Baküs Stage Theater will present a theatrical performance at the Hadrian's Gate. Various concerts and dance performances will also be held throughout the day.
FINAL DAY OF THE FESTIVAL
On the last day of the festival, in addition to various children’s workshops, recycling, and ceramic workshops, there will be a poetry recital at AKMED at 5:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, Antre Stage will perform an improv comedy show at the Hadrian's Gate.
