It is one of the last Ottoman's structure which is built in 1903. The structure was built in hexagona shaped and floors, on the east coast of the marina. Connected by arches, it is supported by six independent piers, once it was a fountain with natural water resources function. There is a wooden minaret which is carried by railing In the northwest of the building.
